Symposium on the codification of the EU’s non-contentious administrative procedure organised under the Europe Capitole Centre of Excellence.

The codification of the non-contentious administrative procedure of the European Union is a subject that perfectly encapsulates the emergence of a new European discipline: European administrative law.

The issue of its codification demonstrates the need for legal certainty but also generates competing institutional visions.

This topic is an excellent launch pad to study many issues that are diverse and fundamental.
