On Saturday, 5 October, the European School of Law will welcome students and their families to the opening ceremony of the academic year which is this year under the patronage of the former Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta, who is currently president of the Jacque Delors Institute and dean of the Science Po International Affairs School.
As in every reiteration of the opening ceremony, the European School of Law will take great pleasure in welcoming students and their families at 2:30pm (doors open at 2pm). The school will also honour the top students in different classes of the double degree and bilingual degree programmes and those taking a university diploma at the school (European School of Law Diploma - DESL, European Union Law Studies Diploma - DEDUE, European Health and Health Product Law Diploma - DESAPS).
Before the awarding of the certificates, Toulouse Capitole University President Corinne Mascala, along with, Philippe Nélidoff, dean of the Faculty of Law, Noël Chahid-Nouraï, president of the Strategic Direction Council, and Lukas Rass-Masson, director of the School, will each give a speech.
It will then be time to listen to the eminent Enrico Letta as he speaks about ‘The Europe of technological humanism’.
The ceremony will end with some friendly mingling over a sweet buffet.
We hope many of you will attend to celebrate the success of our students.
