The purpose of the CERFF is to study financial law, including fiscal problems, and develop comparative study programmes with foreign universities.

Its field of studies is taxation (in particular, contentious and non-contentious tax proceedings), and its methods (all aspects from a comparative law perspective). The CERFF studies national, European and international laws. It has a digital library database and specialised documentation open to researchers. It is the host team for the Master 2 in tax and public finances law. The centre is open to all master’s students of fundamental public law, territorial authority law, company law, private law and EU law.
