Lecture by Prof. Liudmila Bukalerova (Russia), holder of the Chair of the Department of Criminal Law of the People’s Friendship University (RUDN), Moscow. University listed among the ‘Top 500 best universities of the World in the QS World University Ranking 2019.’

In addition to her academic functions, Prof. Bukalerova sits on several commissions: the Russian Humanitarian Scientific Fund, State Supervisory Commission for Education and Quality of Education, and the editorial committee of the international journal ‘Sciences and Life of Kazakhstan’.

On the invitation of Prof. Estelle Fohrer-Dedeurwaerder of the Research Institute on European, International and Comparative Law (IRDEIC), Prof. Bukalerova will be visiting Toulouse 1 Capitole University from 4-29 March 2019.
