Newsletter

The proposed twice-yearly newsletter that will form part of the activities of the Jean-Monnet Chair in European health and health products law, Nathalie De Grove-Valdeyron, includes comments on the main judgments made in the field of study and monitoring of legislation. A team of contributors will monitor legislation and litigation.

The first twice-yearly newsletter coordinated by Sarah Bister, a Doctor of Law, monitors both legislation and litigation in the six months from September 2017 (beginning of the chair) to the end of February 2018.
It is written by students on the Master 2 in ‘European Health Law’, the Master 2 in ‘Health Law and Social Protection’, the Master 2 in European Law, and the Master’s in Digital Law.   PhD students and Doctors of Law at Toulouse Capitole University monitor legislation and litigation and/or contribute to publications, as appropriate.
The newsletter also aims to enable online publication of scientific articles written by PhD students or doctors from other French and foreign universities on topics related to European health and health products law.
The views expressed in this newsletter are those of the authors, even if they have been peer reviewed.
PhD students from other universities who wish to publish online comments on European health law (including health products) are asked to submit their proposed contributions to either Nathalie De Grove-Valdeyron, holder of the Jean Monnet Chair, or Sarah Bister, newsletter coordinator.
