Licence (third year law): Substantive European law (30 hrs).
Master 1 (European Law): Internal market law (33 hrs).
Master in ‘European Law’ (MAJOR): general pathway and ELSJ pathway (Spain):
Seminars
Drugs and health products (9 hrs).
European law on health and e-health (9 hrs).
Master in ‘Law and Management Applied to Agricultural Businesses’: Internal market law (15 hrs) (internal market mechanisms + issues related to food safety, GMOs, nutrition and health claims, new food ingredients, food supplements, etc.)
Master in ‘Public Health and Social Protection’
European health law 18 hrs (including a new seminar (6 hrs): European drugs and health products law)
Diplôme universitaire d’études in European Union Law (DEUE):
Public health (6 hrs)
Diploma in European Healthcare and Health Product Law (DESAPS) (from 2018-2019)
Internal health market (free movement of patients and healthcare professionals) (15 hrs)
Specific issues (nutrition and health claims, food supplements, etc.) (3 hrs)

DESAPS

The Diplôme universitaire ‘DESAPS’ identifies actions taken by the Jean Monnet Chair in European health and health products law, and is one of the courses offered by the European School of Law (ESL), part of the European Centre of Excellence at Capitole (C2EC).

This course is aimed not only at law, medicine and pharmacy students, but also healthcare professionals and law professionals wishing to specialise in health fields, understood in their European dimension.

DESAPS aims to provide the enrolled students with additional skills and specific legal expertise.

Teaching combines the contributions of university staff (lecturers and researchers) specialising in European law, health law and pharmaceutical law with those of experienced professionals.
